1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 6cc Casino website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account with 6cc Casino, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion offered on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, understand them, and agree to be legally bound by them.

6cc Casino reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 6cc Casino may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 6cc Casino Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. 6cc Casino employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. 6cc Casino is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 6cc Casino login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 6cc Casino immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 6cc Casino will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

6cc Casino is required to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. 6cc Casino reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

6cc Casino accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be added or removed from time to time at 6cc Casino's discretion. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. 6cc Casino does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Approved withdrawals to e-wallet channels (GCash, PayMaya) are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one to three (1–3) business days. 6cc Casino reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

4.4 Funds Ownership

You warrant that all funds deposited into your 6cc Casino account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. 6cc Casino reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules.

4.5 Inactive Account Policy

An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is considered inactive. 6cc Casino may apply a monthly inactivity fee of ₱50 to inactive accounts with a remaining balance. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of any inactivity fee. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the inactivity period.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

6cc Casino offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in Philippine Peso and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonuses not used within the validity period will expire and be removed from your account;
• 6cc Casino reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;

By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

6cc Casino uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted using real equipment and real dealers streamed in real time. 6cc Casino does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 6cc Casino reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. 6cc Casino's decision in such matters is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 6cc Casino Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud;
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Allowing any third party to access or use your 6cc Casino account;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 6cc Casino staff or other players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.

8. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 6cc Casino, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

6cc Casino's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 6cc Casino account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6cc Casino does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12. Termination

6cc Casino reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or regulatory requirements. Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited. Upon voluntary account closure by the player, any remaining balance (net of applicable fees and pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned via the player's registered payment method.

13. Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding any game outcome, transaction, or account matter, you must contact 6cc Casino support within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. 6cc Casino will investigate the matter and provide a written response within a reasonable timeframe. 6cc Casino's decision on game outcome disputes, based on server-side records, is final and binding. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

14. Amendments

6cc Casino reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
